ABOUT US

Regen Facades is an experienced fire safety contractor and we have been contracted to undertake Internal & External remediations to various aspects of your building - this includes remediations to the rainscreen cladding and brickwork,, communal firestopping, compartmentation and fire doors (including to your apartment front entrance door).

Regen Facades provides bespoke and tested system solutions to both new and existing buildings - Including to fire safety remediation schemes such as at Turnberry Quay.

You can find our site office located at Unit 6 Lanark Square - this will act as our base of operations for the duration of the remediation works (see our Contact page for further details).

The Resident Liaison Team will:

Be the first point of contact for residents with matters relating to the fire safety remediation works and co-ordinate all responses to the resident with information from the Project Team.
Ensure that residents are provided with information about the fire safety remediation project and kept up to date with progress through clear channels of communications. This will include progress updates via the monthly newsletters which will be published and shared with the mailing list (please email the Resident Liaison Team if you wish to be added or removed from this mailing list at any time).
Arrange access with residents as needed to undertake surveys, facilitate the fire safety remediation works & inspect any issues reported.
